Guiding Tenets of Ethical Leadership 3.0

In this class, we will explore the multifaceted nature of ethics and how it shapes our perception of what is considered "ethical." While many factors influence our ethical judgments, there are timeless principles of ethical conduct that remain relevant despite the advancements in technology and changing times. This session will delve into these enduring guiding principles and emphasize their importance in leadership within our industry. We will examine how we interact with our peers, subordinates, clients, and carrier partners, and the ethical standards that should guide our behavior in these relationships. To illustrate these principles, we will draw inspiration from renowned leaders such as General Colin Powell, Captain Michael Abraschoff, John Maxwell, and other exceptional figures who exemplify ethical leadership. Through their insights and experiences, we can glean valuable lessons on ethics.
