This course provides basic guidelines for website content to reduce an insurance agency’s errors and omissions claims exposure. It includes information on insurance an agent’s legal duty and standard of care. It will emphasize the importance of making sure website content is factual without over-promising or making unrealistic representations to customers. It will include examples of website language and representations insurance agencies should avoid.
