2021 President's Classic Golf Tournament

Join KAIA President, Doug Smart, on April 26-27, at Salina Country Club, to support the Young Agents at the annual President's Classic Golf Tournament. This year's President's Classic will start on Monday evening with dinner, entertainment, as well as a silent and live auction. The following day will include a four-person scramble with several hole contests, as in years past, to keep things competitive. 

If golf isn't you're thing, an alternative excursion is available. Join us for wine tasting and an art walk, lunch downtown, and shopping with local merchants.

Proceeds from this event will help support KAIA's Young Agents of Kansas (YAK). This program is designed specifically to help foster the growth of young insurance professionals under the age of 40 or with less than five years of industry experience. 

YAK encourages young agents to create lasting friendships and business relationships with companies and agents through networking opportunities, leadership development, and technical knowledge. It solidifies the future leaders of our industry.

COVID Precautions

In our industry, the importance of relationships cannot be overstated. Over the last year, we've all felt the challenges of remote work, limited social interaction, and "Zoom fatigue." For all these reasons, this meeting will be held in-person to give our member agents the opportunity to build these essential peer-to-peer connections.

Our goal is to host this entire event outside to allow for fresh air and social distancing. We will be following precautions set forth by Homewood Suites, SCC, and Saline County to ensure a safe and healthy event! Don't miss this chance to get outside, network with your team and stretch your legs!
