This year, the Young Agents of Kansas (YAK) are proud to partner with My HeartCheck to help fund life-saving heart screenings for children and young athletes.

Our 2026 goal is to raise $5,500—enough to provide 30 heart screenings. At $179 per screening, your donation can help identify hidden heart conditions before they become life-threatening.

This cause is especially meaningful to YAK Chair Jordan Crow, whose son was diagnosed with a serious heart condition during a routine My HeartCheck screening. Although he showed no symptoms, the screening revealed an abnormality that led to immediate, life-saving surgery. Jordan's family's experience is a powerful reminder that one screening can truly save a life.

No gift is too small, and every dollar brings us closer to our goal.
